At the outset, none appeared on behalf of the assessee, but the assessee filed a letter before the Tribunal, submitting that the assessee is not aggrieved by the consequential order passed by the AO u/s 143(3) 2 ITA No.104/Viz/2021, A.Y. 2016-17 Siva Manikyala Rao Madala, Vijayawada r.w.s. 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961, hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal, for which the Ld.DR has not raised any objection. 3. After hearing the Ld.DR and on perusal of the contents of the withdrawal petition filed by the assessee before us, we allow the assessee to withdraw his appeal. It is ordered accordingly. 4. In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Order Pronounced in open Court on 15 th July, 2022.
