On perusal of the material available on record, it is evident that the Assessing Officer (AO) passed consequential order u/s 143(3) r.w.s. 263 of the Act on 31.03.2022 without making any additions in respect of the 2 I.T.A. No.122/Viz/2021, A.Y.2015-16 Bhogavillli Rajeswara Rao, Tadepalligudem issues that were subject matter of the order u/s 263 of the Act. In view of which the Ld.AR filed a petition and pleaded for withdrawal of the appeal for which the Ld.DR has not raised any objection. Accordingly, the assessee is permitted to withdraw the appeal. 3. In the result, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the open court on 25 th April, 2022.
