Before us, the assessee has filed a letter dated 28.10.2021 seeking withdrawal of the appeal. The relevant contents of such letter reads as under : “The above appeal was filed on 12.09.2019 and previously was not fixed for hearing till date. However, I have filed an application to opt for Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme on 29.12.2020 and have paid the requisite amount of taxes.
