This appeal by assessee has been directed against the order u/s 250 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 dated 18.12.2018 for AY 2011-12. 2. At the time of hearing Ld. Counsel for the assessee furnished a letter dated 07.09.2022 stating that assessee wants to withdraw the appeal for the reasons mentioned in the letter.
