At the time of call, learned Authorized Representative of the assessee on instructions submitted that the assessee no more wants to prosecute the present appeal. Hence, she sought permission on behalf Assessee by Ms. Anjani Suri, AR Department by Shri Kanv Bali, Sr. DR Date of hearing 20.04.2023 Date of pronouncement 20.04.2023 2 ITA No.1495/Del./2021 of the assessee for withdrawal of the appeal. A letter dated 20.04.2023 to this effect filed by the learned AR is kept on record. 3. Learned Departmental Representative has no objection to assessee’s request. 4. In view of the facts discussed above, we permit the assessee to withdraw the present appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
