Counsel for the assessee at the outset submitted that the assessee has gone for the scheme under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and has received Form No. 3. Form No. 5 is also awaited. In such a scenario, the ld. A.R wants to withdraw the appeal. The ld. D.R did not raise any objection in case the assessee wishes to withdraw the appeal. 4.
