At the time of hearing it is found that an application was placed on record by the assessee seeking withdrawal of the appeal on the ground that on finding a mistake in the original return the assessee filed the revised return and, thus, the return originally filed has become infructuous. Accordingly, the appeal against the Intimation Order also has become infructuous. ITA No.1690/Del/2020 2 3. In the absence of any objection from the ld. DR, the request of the assessee for withdrawal of the appeal is allowed. 4.
