Commissioner of Income Tax-2, Agra, for the Assessment Year 2014-15. 2. At the outset, in this case, the ld. Counsel for the assessee stated that the assessee has got relief by the Ld. CIT in giving effect order passed by the AO. Hence, he claimed that the assessee does not wish to pursue its appeal. The Ld. DR did not have any objection to the above proposition. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal as withdrawn. 3. In the result, appeal of the assessee stands dismissed. Order pronounced in the open court on 13 th October, 2023.
