That the Worthy Commissioner of income Tax (Appeals) has erred in confirming the addition of Rs.9,00,000/- u/s 68 received from M/s Regal Enterprises Ltd. as share capital/share premium. 2. That submission filed during the course of hearing has not been considered properly. 3.
