CIT(Exemption) ITA No. 199/RPR/2018 आदेश / ORDER PER RAVISH SOOD, JM: The present appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order passed by the CIT(Exemption), Raipur, passed under Sec 12AA(1)(b)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (in short ‘the Act’) dated 23.08.2018. 2. At the very outset of the hearing of appeal, the Ld. Authorized Representative (for short ‘AR’) has filed a letter dated 21.07.2022 stating that he is seeking withdrawal of appeal for the reason that registration u/s.12A of the Act has been granted to the assessee on 15.03.2019. Backed by the aforesaid facts it is requested by the ld. A.R that the captioned appeal may be allowed to be withdrawn. 3. The ld. D.R did not raise any objection to the seeking of withdrawal of appeal by the assessee. 4.
