At the very outset of the hearing of appeal, the Ld. Authorized Representative (for short ‘AR’) has filed a letter (received on 28.07.2022) stating that he seeks to withdraw the present appeal. 3. The ld. D.R did not raise any objection to the seeking of withdrawal of the appeal by the assessee. 4. After having heard both the parties we dismiss the appeal of the appellant-assessee as withdrawn. 5. In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of our aforesaid observations. Order pronounced in open court on 04 th day of August, 2022.
