Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Asansol dated 8 th March, 2018 passed under section 263 of the Income Tax Act for assessment year 2013-14. 2. Under the signature of the ld. Authorized Representative Swati Baid, an application is being filed before the Tribunal requesting for ITA No. 205/KOL/2019 A.Y. 2013-2014 Ramsakhi Trading (P) Limited 2 withdrawal of this appeal as the assessee has resolved the dispute with the Department under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme. Since the assessee is praying for dismissal of its appeal as withdrawn, therefore, we do not have any objection to that. It is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
