At the time of hearing the learned A.R. submitted that he does not wish to press the appeal as the order giving effect to the order under Section 263 of the Act has been passed and there is no revenue effect. On ITA No. 235/Coch/2020 Sanatana Dharma Educational& Culturl Soceity 2 this the learned D.R. did not raise any objection. Consequently the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawan.
