At the time of hearing, the assessee’s Representative has filed a copy of Form-5 dated 18.03.2021 under VSVS 2020 issued by the Pr. CIT, Delhi-10, New Delhi and has requested for withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee. 3. Learned DR has no objection. 4.
