At the time of hearing, it is brought to the notice that the Registry has received a letter dated 18.8.2023 signed by Shri Kishor Shantichand Zaveri, Trustee of the assessee trust stating the assessee wants to withdraw its above appeal, which may be permitted. The letter dated 18.8.2023 is placed on record. ITA No.289/Ahd/2022 2 3. In view of the above letter of the assessee-trust the appeal of the assessee being ITA No.289/Ahd/2022 stands dismissed as being withdrawn.
