THE ASSESSING OFFICER HAS DETE RMINED THE LONG TERM CAPITAL GAIN BASED ON THE VALUE OF THE CIRCLE RATES . DURING THE PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE LD. CIT (A), THE ASSESSEE HAS OBJECTED TO THE VALUATION MADE BY THE ASSESSING OFFICER. THE LD.
