For the sake of convenience, all these appeals were heard together and are being disposed of by this common order. 2. The learned Counsel for the assessee at the outset submitted that the assessee wants to withdraw these appeals on the ground that the Assessing Officer has already given relief to the assessee in the consequential order after the learned CIT (A) restored the issue to the file of the Assessing Officer. In absence of ITA Nos 314 315 316 and 318 Sulochana Page 2 of 2 any objection from the side of the learned DR, the request of the assessee seeking withdrawal of the appeals are allowed and the above appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
