CIT(A)-1, Lucknow, dated 26.08.2020, for Assessment Years 2011- 12 & 2012-13. 2. The ld. Counsel for the assessee sought the permission of the Bench to withdraw these appeals by moving an application dated 10.08.2022, stating as under: “With due respect, it is prayed that the said appeal filed by the appellant is fixed for hearing before the Hon'ble Bench on 10.8.2022.
