The registry placed on record assessee’s letter dated 13-12- 2021 wherein it has been submitted that the assessee has already opted for settlement of dispute for the year under Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme (VVS Scheme), 2020 and therefore, the assessee seeks withdrawal of the appeal. It has also been submitted that Form-4 has already been filed on 29.09.2021 before the appropriate authority and awaited for receipt of Form-5 under the said scheme. The same was not objected to by Ld. DR. ITA No.329/Kol/2020 Narantak Deal Comm Ltd (For Pitamber Commercial Company P.Ltd since amalgamated). 2 3. In view of foregoing, the assessee’s appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed. Order pronounced in the open court on 17.12.2021.
