None appeared on behalf of the Assessee before us during the hearing. However, the Assessee’s AR vide letter dated 31.3.2021 has 2 requested for withdrawal of the captioned appeal, as the assessee has opted for settling the dispute arising in the appeal under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme. It was further mentioned in the aforesaid letter dated 31.3.2021 that a Certificate in prescribed VSV Form 3 has been issued by the department, a copy thereof has been filed. 3. Learned Senior DR has no objection. 4. In view of the above, we accept the request of the assessee’s A.R. for withdrawal of the aforesaid appeal. 5.
