Counsel for the assessee vide its letter dated 21-2-2022, submitted that the assessee has gone under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and has received Forms No. 3 in this case. In such a scenario, the assessee wants to withdraw the said appeal. Copy of Form No. 3 received along with withdrawal application hase been filed on record by the assessee. The ld.
