Appellant Respondent आदेश / ORDER PER VINAY BHAMORE, JM: This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order dated 08.02.2024 passed by Ld. CIT(A)/NFAC for the assessment year 2022-23. 2. When the matter had come up for hearing, the appellant filed a letter seeking permission to withdraw the above captioned appeal on the ground that the issue involved in this appeal stand settled by the final rectification order u/s 154 of the IT Act dated 02.05.2024 and the appellant do not want to pursue the matter further. On the other hand, the ld. Department Representative had expressed no objection to permit the withdrawal of the appeal. 4. In the circumstances, we hereby grant permission to the appellant to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, the above captioned appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
