On the date of hearing, Ld. A.R., Shri Ashish Goel filed a letter submitting that assessee wants to withdraw the appeal as the assessee is not interested in pursuing the appeal. Revenue has no objection in assessee withdrawing the appeal. 3. We have heard the rival submissions and perused the material on record. In view of the aforesaid request of Ld.
