The assessee has filed a letter dated 15.03.2022 requesting for withdrawal of the appeal. Shri Shantham Bose, CIT-DR appeared on behalf of the Revenue. 3. At the time of hearing the assessee has filed a letter requesting that the assessee wish to withdraw the appeal as the appeal has now become infructuous since consequent to the said order the assessment for 2014-15 has been redone by the assessing authority which has been accepted by ITA No. 434/Coch/2019 M/s. Sadhbhavana Hoildings Pvt. Ltd. 2 the assessee. Considering the request of the assessee the appeal filed by the assessee stands dismissed as withdrawn.
