Counsel for the assessee submitted a letter, wherein it is stated that the assessee seeks to withdraw the appeal on the reasoning that the return of income filed by the assessee was 2 ITA No. 44/Jodh/2021 Sh. Bharat Singh Shekhawat, Jodhpur vs. The PCIT, Jodhpur accepted by the Assessing Officer while giving to effect and the order passed by the ld. PCIT u/s 263 of the Act. 3. We heard the ld. DR. Having regard to the submissions made by the assessee, we allow the assessee to withdraw the appeal. 4.
