Learned authorized representative of the assessee has furnished letter dated 11.04.2022, seeking permission to withdraw the appeal as Appellant by N o n e Respondent by Shri Umesh Takyar, Sr. DR Date of hearing 22.04.2022 Date of pronouncement 22.04.2022 2 ITA No.513/Del./2019 the dispute has been resolved under the Direct Tax Vivad-se-Vishwas Act, 2020. 3. Learned Departmental Representative has no objection to the aforesaid request of the assessee. 4. On perusal of material on record, it is noticed that assessee has filed a declaration under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 for settling the dispute arising in the appeal. Accepting assessee’s declaration, the designated authority has issued Form-5 on 15.09.2021. A copy of Form-5 is placed on record. Thus, with the issuance of Form-5, for all practical purposes, the dispute arising in the appeal stands resolved. 5. In view of the aforesaid, we permit the assessee to withdraw the present appeal.
