Shri Srikumar Banerjee, FCA, Constituted Attorney of the assessee-firm has moved an application dated ITA No. 550/KOL/2024 Assessment Year: 2014-2015 Rice Infotech Education 2 27.05.2024 seeking the permission of the Bench to withdraw this appeal. Since it is an appeal of the assessee and no one could have objection, if assessee wants to withdraw it.
