Counsel for Assessee through letter dated 17.05.2022 seeks permission to withdraw the appeal as the matter in issue has been settled in Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and Form no. 3 & 4 have already been issued and copies are attached along with the letter. Assessee has opted under VSVS Scheme and settled the disputed tax in its appeal in ITA No. 5575/Del/2018 for the assessment year under consideration i.e. 2015-16. 4.
