The Assessee through its letters dated 11.05.2022 seeks permission to withdraw the appeals for AY 2013-14 and 2014-15 as the issues in these appeals have been settled in Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and Form Nos. 3 & 4 have already been submitted by the assessee in proof of payment of taxes under the scheme.
