Ms.Akshita Bhandari appearing on behalf of the assessee submitted at the outset that the assessee wants to withdraw the appeal. The ld.Authorized 2 ITA NO.603/MUM/2021(A.Y.2015-16) Representative furnished a letter dated 16 th May, 2022 from the assessee. The contents of the same are reproduced herein under:- “To Hon'ble’ble Member Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, “ C" Bench Mumbai Re: Planet Farmtech Private Limited Sub: Withdrawal of Appeal having Appeal No. ITA 603/MUM/2021 A.Y : 2015-2016 Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to above, we herewith apply to withdraw this appeal as the re- assessment proceedings for relevant AY.2015-16 pursuant to the Pr. CIT's Order u/s 263 dated 03.03.2021 is concluded by National Faceless Assessment Centre (NaFAC) vide the order u/s. 143(3) r.w.s.263 dated 26.03.2022 accepting the submission of Appellant and without any disallowance or addition to the returned income.
