Commissioner of Income Tax-1, Nashik dated 17.03.2022 for the assessment year 2017-18. 2. When the matter had come up for hearing on today, the appellant filed a letter dated 11.02.2023 seeking permission to withdraw the above captioned appeal. The relevant contents of the said letter dated 11.02.2023 are as under :- “This is the assessee's appeal against Revision Order u/s 263 for A.Y. 2017 – 18. The assessee wishes to withdraw the present appeal. Accordingly, it is prayed that the assessee may please be granted Assessee by : Shri Sanket M. Joshi Revenue by : Shri Mrityunjoy Barnwal Date of hearing : 13.02.2023 Date of pronouncement : 13.02.2023 ITA No.611/PUN/2022 2 permission to withdraw the said appeal. The assessee would be grateful if the prayer is accepted.” 3. On the other hand, the ld. Department Representative has no serious objection to permit the withdrawal of the appeal. 4. In the circumstances, we hereby grant permission to the appellant to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, the above captioned appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
