At the outset, the ld. Counsel for the assessee has submitted that the assessee has availed the benefit of Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020. He, therefore, prays that the appeal of the assessee may be dismissed as withdrawn. The ld. DR has not objected to the same. The appeal of the assessee is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
