Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemption), Lucknow. 2. The assessee has moved an application dated 29.05.2023, which was received in the Office of the Tribunal on 01.06.2023, requesting for withdrawal of the appeal. The application reads as under: “Application for withdrawal of Appeal filed against rejection of Registration- Saraswati Shiksha Parisad, Sarawati Vidya Mandir Inter College VIP Road Fatehpur. The Society had filed an appeal against rejection of Application for registration or provisional registration by CIT (A) Kanpur. However subsequently the Society was granted Registration vide provisional registration no.AACAS4864KE20206 from AY 2021-22 to 2023-24. In view of the above the Society has decided to withdraw its Appeal before the Tribunal. Appellant by Application for withdrawal of appeal Respondent by Shri S.H.
