At the time of hearing, the learned Counsel for the assessee submitted that the assessee has already e-filed the appeal against the very same first appellate order before the Tribunal and therefore, prayed that this appeal has to be withdrawn being a duplicate appeal. In absence of any objection from the side of the learned DR, this appeal filed by the ITA 79 of 2024 Tarigonda Shavathali Khan Page 2 of 2 assessee, being a duplicate appeal, becomes infructuous and accordingly dismissed. 3.
