At the time of hearing, the assessee’s Representative has filed a letter dated 15.11.2021 enclosing therewith a copy of Form-5 dated 17.02.2021 under VSVS 2020 issued by the Pr. CIT, Central, Kanpur at Meerut and has requested for withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee. 3. Learned CIT(DR) has no objection. 4.
