PAN : AEHPP 5818 A Vs. The ITO, Ward-3(3)(4) Ahmedabad. (Applicant) (Responent) Order on this appeal was pronounced on 25.11.2021. 2. The title of the order in ITA No.831/Ahd/2019 should be – ITA No.831/Ahd/2019 नधा रण वष / Asstt.Year : 2015-16 Rasesh M. Shah D-102, Swaminarayan avenue Nr.AEC Cross Roads Naranpura, Ahmedabad. PAN : BBAPS 3808 Q Vs. ITO (Intl. Taxn)-1 Ahmedabad. ITA No.831/Ahd/2019 2 3. Order in this appeal was pronounced on 1.12.201. However, on account of bona fide error, Private Secretary has pasted address of ITA No.215/Ahd/2017 in the cause title. The ld.Deputy Registrar (Consultant), Shri J.K. Lodha has brought this mistake to my notice which came to his knowledge while distributing copies of orders to the parties. I find it an apparent mistake from the record which crept in by adopting cut-and-paste in the cause title. I have gone through contents of the order, no changes or error has been noticed, which remain as it is. Therefore, taking suo moto cognizance of the typographical error in the cause title of the order, I rectify the same as under. The cause title of ITA No.831/Ahd/2019 should be read as under: ITA No.831/Ahd/2019 नधा रण वष / Asstt.Year : 2015-16 Rasesh M. Shah D-102, Swaminarayan avenue Nr.AEC Cross Roads Naranpura, Ahmedabad.
