At the same time at this stage we dee m it necessary to highlight that a Gove rnme nt Corpo ration is like any othe r asse ssee be fore the tax authorit y and canno t be allowed to plead t ha t on this count it be give n a pre ferential treat ment and be allowe d to es cape the responsibilities of re pre se nting t he ir case be fore t he other governmental authoritie s including the tax authorities.
