At the time of hearing the assessee has filed a letter stating that the present appeal relates to AY 2007-08. Registration under Section 12AA was granted to the assessee with effect from AY 2011-12. However, the issue regarding benefit of exemption for previous years is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Therefore the assessee wishes to withdraw its appeal.
