The assessee submitted a letter dated 02-11-2023 seeking withdrawal of the appeals filed by him. The content of the said letter reads as under : Assessee by Smt. I am the appellant in the aforementioned case of Mr. Saleem Thangal Kader Palkad. I kindly request the Tribunal’s approval for the withdrawal of my appeal ITA No. 52,53,54/PAN/2022 in the interest of justice and equity.” 3. The ld. DR has no objection to withdrawal of the appeals. In view of the above, the assessee is permitted to withdraw the appeals filed by him. 4. In the result, the appeals are dismissed as ‘withdrawn’.
