After vehemently arguing for some time in favour of the assessee’s rectification pleadings before us, learned counsel Shri Suneel Ganoo, seeks permission vide letter dated 05.01.2024 to withdraw the instant miscellaneous application MA.No.139/PUN./ 2023 with liberty to file a fresh M.A. with better particulars as under : 3.
