Through this Misc. application the assessee stated that there is a typographical error in mentioning the PAN number in MA. No. 244/Del/2023 2 the cause title of the order of the Tribunal in ITA. No. 694/Del/2022 dated 25.05.2023. 2. The Ld. Counsel submitted that in the cause title the PAN number of the assessee was wrongly mentioned as “BBDPS7201L” instead “AHEPK0574C” and, therefore, requests for rectifying the typographical error. 3. On hearing both the parties, we observe that there is a typographical error in mentioning the PAN number of the assessee in the cause title. Therefore, the PAN number of the assessee in the cause title may be read as “AHEPK0574C” instead “BBDPS7201L”. 4. In the result the Misc. application filed by the assessee is allowed.
