The Ld. Sr. D.R submitted that Tribunal, in Para 4.1, held that Smt. Kanchan Devi was eligible for remuneration only for 03 months. However, the Tribunal has inadvertently apportioned the remuneration MA No.3/Chny/2023 :- 2 -: for 4 months. The correct amount by considering three months would be Rs.5,35,282/- as against Rs.7,13,709/- allowed by the bench. The Ld. AR fairly accepted the same. 3. Accordingly, the allowable amount to the assessee may be read as Rs.5,35,282/- as against Rs.7,13,709/- mentioned in para 4.1 of the order. The order stand modified to that extent. Consequently, the appeal of the assessee, as mentioned in para 5 of the order, stand partly allowed. 4. In the result, Miscellaneous Application of the Revenue is allowed to the above extent. Order pronounced in the Open Court on 12 th May, 2023.
