The Ld.DR submitted that two typographical errors have occurred in ITA No1311/M/2018 order dated 11.03.2021. Wherein (i) in the cause title the appeal pertains to A.Y 2013-14 was inadvertently typed as A.Y. MA No. 314/Mum/2021 M/s Aroma Telecom Pvt Ltd.,Mumbai. - 2 - 2010-11 and (ii) in page 5 Para No. 4, of the order, date of the assessment order U/sec 143(3) of the Act was passed on 23.03.2016 was inadvertently typed as 22.03.2016. Accordingly, the necessary corrections in page 1 in cause tile and page No.5 Para 4 are corrected as under: 1. A.Y 2013-14. And 2. Dated 23.03.2016. 3.In the result, the Miscellaneous application filed by the revenue is allowed. Order pronounced in the open court on 03.02.2022.
