Both these miscellaneous applications are directed against the order of ITAT dated 13.01.2023. 2. In the miscellaneous application the assessee has pointed out that in the cross title of the order for the assessment year 1996- 97 vide the ITA No. 3790/Mum/2004, the PAN of the assessee is inadvertently quoted as ‘AAACS7339D’ instead of correct PAN of P a g e | 2 MA No. 418/Mum/2023 AY 1999-2000 SBI Capital Markets Ltd. the assessee as AAACS7914E. Similarly, for assessment year 1999-2000 for ITA No. 4247/Mum/2004 also inadvertently PAN of the assessee is quoted as AAAC57339D. 3. After hearing both the side and perused materials on record, we find that there is apparent mistake on record due to typographical error in mentioning correct PAN of the assessee. Therefore, the PAN of the assessee be read as AAACS7914E instead of AAACS7339D for ITA No. 3790/Mum/2009 and ITA No. 4247/Mum/2004 pertaining to the A.Y 1996-97 and A.Y. 1999-2000 respectively. 4. Therefore, both the miscellaneous applications of the assessee are allowed.
