We have taken Application dated 11/11/2021 of the assessee for withdrawal of the Miscellaneous Application on record. The prayer for Date of Hearing 26.11.2021 Date of Pronouncement 26.11.2021 2 M. A No. 496/Del/2018 withdrawal is allowed and the Miscellaneous Application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. In result, the Miscellaneous Application is dismissed.
