The Revenue in the Miscellaneous Application has stated that the tax effect involved in the said matter is more than 50 lakhs as prescribed by the CBDT’s Circular No. 03/2018 as amended vide circular No. 17/2019 dated 08.08.2019. Hence, the matter is restored and the Registry is directed to fix the matter for - 2 - MA No.51/Ahd/2020(In ITA No.1840/A/18) ACIT vs. M/s. Vishnu Export Asst.Year – 2015-16 hearing on 21.09.2022. Since both the parties are present before us, serving of further notice is hereby dispensed with. 3. In the result, Misc. Application filed by the Revenue is allowed.
