CIT-DR Date of Hearing : 26-08-2022 Date of Pronouncement : 06-09-2022 ORDER PER BEENA PILLAI, JUDICIAL MEMBER Present miscellaneous petition has been filed by assessee seeking certain typographic changes in the order passed by this Tribunal dated 31/03/2022. 2. The Ld.AR at the outset, submitted that in para 5 certain typographic mistakes crept in, while noting the accounting standard applied by the Ld.AO and assessee. He submitted that the Ld.AO had followed accounting Standard 9 whereas assessee followed Accounting Standard 7. Page 2 of 2 M.P. No. 63/Bang/2022 (in ITA No. 52/Bang/2019) 3. We have verified the record and found that there is a typographic mistake that deserves to be corrected. Henceforth para 5 shall be read as under: “5. ...........................We note that the Ld.AO proceeded on the premise that assessee claimed the expenses without offering corresponding revenue to tax. The Ld.AO applied accounting standard 9, whereas assessee followed accounting standard 7.” 4. As has been mentioned in the miscellaneous petition, no other portion of the order has been sought for any rectification and the result remains to be the same. In the result, the M.P. filed by the assessee stands allowed. Order pronounced in the open court on 06 th September, 2022.
