The Form-V (DTVSVR 2020) filed by the assessee reflected details of dispute settled in ITA No. 696/Del/2019 and in ITA No. 8614/Del/2019. However, we find that the appeal before us is numbered ITA No. 4271/Del/2014. 3. The ld. AR argued that he could not attend the hearing and the adjournment letter could not be taken cognizance of. Since, the explanation of the ld. AR is acceptable. The ITA No. 4271/Del/2014 is hereby recall and fixed for fresh hearing. Registry is directed to issue notice. MA No. 837/Del/2019 Kiran Kamra 2 4.
