CIT(A)/NFAC, Delhi dated 12.11.2024 vide DIN & Order No. ITBA/NFAC/S/250/2024-25/1070290998(1) passed u/s 250 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (in short “the Act”) for the assessment year 2017-18. 2. During the course of hearing, the ld. A.R. of the assessee filed a memo stating that for the reason stated in accompanied application for withdrawal of the appeal, the counsel of the assessee seek permission for withdrawal of the appeal.
