The ld. Counsel for the assessee, at the time of hearing, filed an application seeking withdrawal of the appeals. In the absence of any objection from the side of the ld. DR, the application of the assessee seeking withdrawal of ITA No.5249 & 5250/Del/2019 2 the appeals is accepted. The appeals filed by the assessee are, accordingly, dismissed as ‘withdrawn.’ 3.
